The Princess (Destination Wedding and Event Planning)

You’re a Princess and would like to travel off into the sunset to say “I do” to your Prince Charming.  We are here to plan every detail.  The Princess destination wedding and event planning package includes everything in the Empress Package PLUS:

• Two trips to your desired destination for site review and vendor meetings (if time appropriate)
• Management of onsite coordinator
• Unlimited face-to-face meetings
• Full budget preparation and assignment for your approval
• Sourcing vendors and negotiating contracts on your behalf
• Detailed summary of all vendor meetings and site reviews
• Full wedding and event design for your approval
• Unlimited time in selection of wedding gown, attendants attire and accessories and fittings
• Preparation of a weekend wedding itinerary for bride, groom and wedding party
• Weekly email updates of accomplishments and list of tasks left to accomplish
• Assist with ordering, mailing and managing invitations and other wedding related stationery
• Proof wedding programs and invitations for accuracy prior to final order approval
• Receive and track RSVPs related to all wedding events (including rehearsal and showers)
• Create gift baskets or “welcome” bags for out-of-town guests that include maps and local area attractions as well as an event itinerary
• Manage and attend out-of-town guest meet-and-greet reception (if desired)
• Ship wedding dress to appropriate party for preservation (if desired)
