The Empress (Partial Wedding and Event Planning):

As a busy Empress, you are used to managing details – in fact you thrive on it – and would like an assistant throughout the process that requires more than a Countess but slightly less than a Queen.  The Empress partial wedding and event planning base package includes everything in the Duchess Package PLUS:

 

• One additional meeting (for a total of Five)
• Preparation of a rehearsal day and wedding day itinerary for both the bride and groom
• Monthly email updates of accomplishments and lists of tasks left to accomplish
• Up to two site visits to review setup
• Provide advice (as needed) on invitations, color, theme and budget for wedding
• Assist with ordering, mailing and managing invitations
• Assist with menu, wine, cake and dessert selections
• Provide a preferred list of our Royal vendors (as needed), schedule appointments and attend vendor meetings
• Negotiate vendor contracts on your behalf
