The Duchess (Month of Wedding Coordination and Planning):

Every royal detail of your big day is coordinated from thirty days in advance until your big day, enabling you, your court and your royal family to Xhale and not worry about a thing.  We are At Your Royal Command.  The Duchess month of wedding coordination and planning base package includes everything in the Countess Package PLUS:

• One additional meeting (for a total of Four)
• Unlimited phone and email contact throughout the planning process
• Preparation of a rehearsal day itinerary (in addition to the wedding day itinerary)
• Final collection of wedding items at rehearsal to be set up on the wedding day (includes but not limited to, candles, special photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers)
• Confirm each vendors arrangements prior to the wedding day
• Receive any wedding day deliveries on location
• Assist your photographer in getting the pictures you have requested and ensuring special friends and family members are available and in place
• Provide you with a month of calendar and checklist of tasks to accomplish
• Provide vendor recommendations as requested
• Assist with arranging out-of-town guest accommodations
